Kingfisher Property Partnerships Limited was established in January 2001 and is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Our permitted business is the establishment, operation and winding up of collective investment schemes.
In December 2005 Kingfisher Property Trustees Limited also became regulated by the FSA and enjoys the same permissions as Kingfisher Property Partnerships Limited. These two companies are able to act as managing trustee of unauthorised exempt unit trusts which are in turn feeder funds for limited partners
