Property Partnerships operation
The operation of unregulated collective investment schemes is restricted under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. The role of the operator is to take overall responsibility for the administration of the fund and have oversight of the financial aspects, ensuring in particular that investors’ cash and assets are properly safeguarded.
The services we typically provide include anti-money laundering checks on individual investors, management of fund bank accounts, dealing with drawdowns and distributions of monies and maintaining the necessary financial records.
