Property Partnerships promotion

The promotion of unregulated collective investment schemes is restricted under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. They can only be promoted to Professional Clients, Eligible Counterparties and a few other categories of investor who are exempted from the promotion rules.

We provide a comprehensive suite of services designed to assist in the establishment of funds. These services include helping to prepare and verify financial promotions, including financial modelling, categorising potential recipients and providing the necessary “regulatory wrapper” to market to those who are exempt. Our extensive experience of this process and our ability to work efficiently with the other professional advisers involved can considerably reduce the costs and shorten the timetable associated with launching a fund.
