SIMON DREWETT



Director


Simon is a chartered surveyor with more than 18 years property experience. He joined Kingfisher Property in June 2005 and was appointed Director in December 2006. In addition to structuring joint ventures typically between institutional fund managers and specialist property asset managers, he has raised senior debt for numerous income producing and non income producing properties.  He is also responsible for a considerable number of funds for which Kingfisher Property Partnerships is operator. 

A Land Management graduate from Reading University, he subsequently trained with Jones Lang Lasalle and then spent 5 years in the real estate division of PwC Consulting. Thereafter he spent 5 years at KPMG Corporate Finance where he became a founding member of its real estate financing group. He is a corporate finance graduate of the London Business School and a member of the Investment Property Forum and has given a number of presentations and seminars on commercial property finance to industry. He is also an FSA approved person. Simon’s other interests include cricket, golf, game shooting and flying, and he is married with a young son and daughter
