Kingfisher Property

William is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years property experience.  After working with both Weatherall Green & Smith and London Financial Group, he co-founded Kingfisher Property in 1988. His experience of both property investment and development finance is extensive.  He has arranged project specific financings and joint ventures since the early 1980’s and debt financings since the early 1990’s. He is Compliance Officer for both Kingfisher Property Partnerships and Kingfisher Property Trustees. He is a member of the Investment Property Forum and Cambridge University Land Society. He is also an FSA approved person. His outside interests include golf and match rifle shooting.  He is married with two daughters.
